Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and in some cases proof of the payment method used. 92pak6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to notify 92pak6 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, address, email address, or payment methods must be reported to 92pak6 support promptly. 92pak6 reserves the right to suspend accounts where registered details are found to be inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.
Your 92pak6 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Accounts operated on behalf of another person, or accounts used by more than one individual, will be treated as a breach of these Terms and closed accordingly.
All activity conducted through your 92pak6 account — including all bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised each action. 92pak6 is not liable for any activity conducted through your account as a consequence of your failure to maintain secure credentials.
92pak6 currently supports the following PKR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK interbank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on 92pak6 is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account verification status. Current transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 92pak6 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 92pak6 balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, Raast) may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. 92pak6 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed by 92pak6 within an average of 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Pakistani public holidays. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high demand or where additional verification is required. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before a withdrawal may be processed, the following conditions must be met: (a) full KYC verification must be completed and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed any limits applicable to your account tier; and (d) 92pak6 must not have reason to believe the account is subject to investigation for fraud, money laundering, or terms violation.
92pak6 is obligated by its licensing authority to maintain compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, 92pak6 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, may impose enhanced due diligence on high-value transactions, and may file reports with relevant authorities where required by law. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 92pak6 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matter in question.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by 92pak6 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amount applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion page. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage as specified per offer.
92pak6 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, and misrepresenting identity to claim offers restricted to specific player segments.
Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. No extensions will be granted except at 92pak6's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
92pak6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it but before the wagering requirement has been satisfied, 92pak6 will honour the terms of the offer as they existed at the time of claiming, unless fraud is suspected.

Game displays may show values in PKR or in a base currency unit — the cashier section of your account always reflects your true PKR balance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak6's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. Under no circumstances shall 92pak6 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
92pak6 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and data suppliers. While 92pak6 selects these partners carefully, it does not accept liability for failures, delays, or errors originating with third-party systems outside 92pak6's direct control.

You may close your 92pak6 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is finalised, any outstanding bonus funds will be removed and any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Section 4.
92pak6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) 92pak6 is required to do so by its licensing authority or any competent legal authority; (c) 92pak6 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Upon account termination for cause, 92pak6 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold any real-money balance pending the outcome of any investigation into prohibited conduct. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.
92pak6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92pak6 will notify registered players via email or prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 92pak6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pak6 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and 92pak6, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Most disputes are resolved at this stage. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the support team, you may escalate to 92pak6's formal complaints handling process by submitting a written complaint to support@92pak6.org. 92pak6 will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and issue a final response within 14 days.
If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting 92pak6's internal complaints process, you have the right to refer your complaint to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 92pak6's licensing authority.
